Is it possible to develop an open sore from herpes, or another STD only 36 hours after contact? I had PROTECTED sex with someone and noticed an open sore the second day after the event. It doesnt really hurt, only when its touched, like any open wound. And I dont feel pain during urination. I didnt think a sore would come this soon after contact. Am I just being paranoid?

Herpes would not show up in a couple of days, it would usual take a week or more to see lesions
