I am a 35 yr old man who have a girlfriend which I get this gonorrhea from her before. She claimed that she have'nt have sex with any guy after her separation with her boyfriend a year ago and told me that her doctor said to her that she only got this bacteria due to vaginal infection which maybe due to unsanitized panties or not changing sanitary napkins in an instant whenever she got period. I already finished my treatment and as well as my gf. But after maybe 2 months from this treatment I felt something itchy inside my penis which a little bit closer to the symptoms I have before when I got the said bacteria. But this time there's no yellowish pus that comes out from my penis but I feel like something wants to comes out but yet there seems something that blocking it inside. Even when I have sex with my gf after I got to the climax I still feel that there's still something or some of my liquids doesn't comes out that's why I just felt unsatisfied. Is it possible that this bacteria maybe cause from what my gf said? Can it possible that this bacteria comes back even it is already been treated? I did not go to the doctor yet for another check up cause I'm experiencing a financial crisis as of now and I feel like I can't accept the fact that I will be having this disease once more. Should I think that my gf is cheating on me? I am really confused.

You can't get gonorrhea from dirty panties or from toilet seats. She should get treated and you should wear condoms
