I have recently developed a zit like thing on the shaft of my penis. It gets bigger and it appears to be spreading. The "zit is hard and it has a white substance in it. I have only had one sexuallel partner and even then i wore a condom this is what leads me to believe it's not an STD but i have no idea about what it could be. The zit is smaller than a regular zit. What do you think it could be?

Sounds like it could be molluscum, but it could be other things, too, so you need to have a doctor take a look.

Molluscum is passed non-sexually, and this may have come from hand to penile contact vs. vagainal to penile contact, if indeed molluscum is what you have. It can be treated with over the counter wart remover, or a dermatologist can freeze it off. It will often go away on its own after a while.

Again, this may very well not be molluscum, but an infected hair shaft, to name something else, though infected hair shafts rarely spread. Seeing a doctor for treatment is the best advice I can give.
