Question for Jeffrey

Post a new topicby Guest on Sat Aug 16, 2003 5:55 pm

I have never been a promiscuous person and have never been cavalier when it comes to sex. However, this week I failed to apply my normal good judgement. Although I did not penetrate the young woman, I feel some concern. While not going so far as penetration, she did straddle me and grind our gentials together. This was done while I was wearing a condom of course. At the end of our interplay, she manipulated me with her hand. What concerns me is not so much the physical activity between us, but what may have happend subsequent. I used tissue paper to remove the condom, however, I am concerned that I may have inadvertantly touched the condom with a part of my hands and then possibly touched my penis. I don't know for sure, but I began to wonder after if I had done this.

Considering the following:
1. No actual penetration
2.The activity was completed by her using her hand along with generous amounts of lubricant. What I mean is, if there were any fluids, perhaps they were wiped from the condom before it was removed.

Would such factors make it less likely to have been exposed to any type of infection, assuming that there was some sort of incidental contact while removing the condom? Also, what length of time would be appropriate before getting any blood tests done, in order to rule out any infections?

Well, I think your penis was pretty well protected. I would be a tad concerned about any transfer of an infection from her outer vagina to your non-penile genitles. I mean, if she had a big herpes sore on her vaginal lips, she could possibly have trasmitted the virus to your scrotum or surrounding area. Thus, I think your penis is safe, but the rest of you is at a slight risk.

If you have nothing after 10 days or so, I think you can certainly relax. I think the odds of you catching anything is slim, put they are not exactly zero. Relax and I think you will be fine.
