Every now n a small painless bump will appear on my shaft I pop it white pus comes out. I wondering kind of skin irritations were normal one's a person should take serious. has been going on years even bee I sexual active.

It sounds like a simple skin infection; from an STD standpoint it might represent Molluscum Contagiosum. You should be examined to determine what it is since a visual exam is needed, I would check with a dermatologist when you have a lesion present.
