white- heads

Post a new topicby Guest on Thu Jan 30, 2003 12:47 pm

About a day or two after engaging in unprotected anal sex I noticed two small white pimple-like dots on the forskin of my penis. They DO NOT itch, burn or irritate. Also about a week after that I noticed a dry patch near the base of my penis. Do these symptoms resemble any std? and if so how do i treat it?

It doesn't sound like any common STD, which typically takes more than a day or so to show up. If the dots are still there, I would highly advise seeing a doctor, however. The dry patch doesn't sound like an STD, either, but bears an examination if it does not go away. Note that there are various bacteria in the anus that are perfectly normal there but, in the uninary track, will cause problems. For this reason, even in monogomous relationships where there are no STDs, using condoms for anal sex is not a bad idea.
