Anyone interested in a website that is a very active support mechanism to help people quit using tobacco I highly recommend quitnet.com It is a multifunction site but offers a very active feedback support forum for just this purpose.

He is so right about this site!
it sure helped me quit smoking COLD TURKEY!!! i never thought I could quit CT like that after smoking for 40 years.
But this site has many wonderful people on it and lots of clubs to get into as well.

So if you need fast help get on this site and post help in the subject line and you will get LOTS of help!,,
