Testicular Cancer

7 seven years ago i got a pain in my left side backbone, (kdiney was also in pain) which was coming in front then lower abdomen and then in left side testicle left. Tha pain was un-bearable. There wasn't any size enlargment or swelling etc. Testicles wre shown as normal as they should be. I showed it to doctor, then a urologist after blood, urine test as well as altra sound (kidney & urinary bladder) that urologist confirmed that such pains do occur when body starts producing Hernia. He told me there is nothing wrong and he prescribed a pain killer and a health/ energy capsule to me and said it will heel up very late. Over a period of time i started having relief in testicle. But it was not 100% perfect infact it was stoped at a point i.e. nothing more nothing less. 2 years back i got Mumps which caused size enlargment of the same testicle n i was in severe pain. same kind of pain. With some medicines i could make it stand at the previos position (7 years back) where, there was a pain but bearable. But i wanted to be 100% perfect i again went to a urologist again got all test done Plus i got IVP test as well as, again altrasound (Kidney & urinary bladder + Scrotum Testes) & Uroflowmetry test. having all these test done, urologists say that there is nothing wrong with the testicle because they have conducted all urology related tests. I must tell u that there is a cord within the scrotum that may be coming from kidney or wherever, inside the scrotum (bag) when i touch that cord/ duct, i get the pain and thats the exact location of pain. i dont understand that if there nothng wrong as per the docters then why am i getting pain. I have been carrying this pain since last 7 1/2 years. Now this pain seems to be the part of my life. But i m worried as im going to marry soon. I don't know whats going to happen with me. Please help me if u have know something about it...
