Testicular Cancer

Hi, for the last couple of weeks I've been feeling a small pain that lasts maybe 4-5 seconds, it is the same pain as if I was hit in the groin. The pain is always from my left testicle and the pain seems to go up to my abdomen, the same as when we get hit in the groin. Just wanted to know if I should be concerned that this may be a sign of some form of testicular cancer Thank you in advance for your responses.
