Testicular Cancer

In January I was diagnosed with testicular cancer All of my test came back negative and after the removal of the testicle I was told I had stage 1 seminoma. I went through 15 treatments of radiation and I am now being monitored with blood test every 3 months. I have heard that seminoma's don't always show up in the blood test so should my doctor being doing CTs or chest xrays as well? Also, I noticed a pronounced vein like structure in my remaining testicle. I was a little concerned so I called my urologist and they are ordering an ultrasound. What I am feeling is not the epididymis, I am extremely concerned to say the least. Has anyone heard or have had cancer come back in the remaining testicle 6 months after the first one? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
