Testicular Pain/ Scrotal Pain

i have a dull ache in my right testicle which seems to go through to my back, when im sleeping i wake after 5hrs with severe back pain ,i take 2-4tramadol 1 diclofenac this helps once they kick in. I had surgery when i was 11 for non growth in the same testicle which never worked , seeing doc in 2 days any help ??
