Testicular Pain/ Scrotal Pain

I was taking a topical drug Efudex for keratosis on my arms for two weeks. When my two weeks were up and I no longer applied the drug, all of a sudden overnight my scrotum turned a rashy red (about 60% of it)and a thin crust formed over the area. When I touch the affected area it stings a bit but when left alone it doesn’t bother me unless I sit in a way that the affected area is pinched.
