Testicle Pain

Have had pain in the testicle for some time. Uriologist have been treating me for a good time with all kinds of antibotics and none have any effect. I have had hernia repair and prostate (bph) surgery in the past year. The doctor has not tried to take any test to try and find the problem of the infection or what is causing the pain.
