BLOOD BLISTER ON SCROTUM

i m 20 n still a virgin. I had some blood blister on my scrotum, on top of the vein, quit a few of them. It does not cause pain. Some time i did scratch my scrotum. Does it cause the blister? Any 1 know what is it? Is it some kind of STD? Any way to cure it?
