Testicular Pain/ Scrotal Pain

I had a double hernia for a whole year before getting it repaired. Now that it is repaired I believe I have a circulation problem . It seems like the blood vessels that run along the same area where the hernia was, just right, and left of the base of my penis got squeezed by the hernia for the whole year, and now are refusing to stay open. I know when they are closed up, because it causes me to get a really bad upset stomach, blurred vision, and I see stars. It incapacitates me so bad that I cannot drive, or do anything. I now know that by pressing right at the base of my penis, the blood will start flowing, I can actually feel it flow, like a flood gate opening, and my stomach settles down, and all the vision stuff goes away. Has anyone heard of a hernia (they were both in my scotrum for the whole time) doing any damage to the blood system. At night My testicles will actually start to ache because of lack of blood flow, and I feel the same ache from lack of blood flow down in my tailpipe, so as soon as I press on the base, everything seems to get better. I am quite concerned, because this has been going on since July, but I am glad that I stumbled onto the pressing of that spot,
otherwise, I was in a world of hurt for a long time. P.S. I had this spot pop open one time when I was bending over doing something, and it stayed open for 3 days. It is just like the wall of the blood vessel is now too weak to stay open on it's own, and when it closes, I can feel the burning, and the blood flow slow down. While I had the hernia I would have to open my legs when sitting in the car, or it felt like I was sitting on the hernia. What do you think would be the best thing for me to do, I told my surgeon about this, and he looked at me like I had 2 heads, ditto for my family doc.Thanks
