Testicular Pain/ Scrotal Pain

everytime my girlfriend and i have intercourse i get pain in my testicles a day or so afterward mostly in the right testicle. she has been to several doctors had all the std tests and found nothing. we have tried several antibiotics, anti yeast medications and it seems like it goes away for awhile but as soon as we have sex it comes back, anyone got a clue?? PLEASE let me know.
