Testicular Pain/ Scrotal Pain

Hi im a 21 year old active male and about a month ago i was running and the following day i had discomfort in my left upper leg and especially in my groin area.. so I thought maybe this could just be a groin strain/pull since all the symptoms seemed to match? The pain lasted for about a week seemingly getting better slowly, then went away for a couple days and at that point I became sexually active again thinking my problem was gone. The day after ejaculating I was in pain again in the same area of the testicle. It doesn't seem to be the testicle itself that is sore it seems to be a small spot that moves around the testicle if pushed around, yet it very soar. the pain is located above the left testicle. i kno its not cancer and its not a hernia cause the other week i had a doc tickle my soul please give advise-
