Testicle pain + recent erectile problems - advice pls

Hi all!

I was hoping i could get some advice. For the past year, i've had this pain in my right testicle, the pain isn't severe but it's obviously noticeable. Initially it came and went but for the past few months i would it's always there, not unbearable but noticeable. I've only had one urology appointment and it wasn't much help but he did refer me for a CT scan. The scan revealed that i had a small cyst on the outside of the testicle but the guy giving the scan said it was unlikely to be the cause of the pain. He said everything else looked in order, no swelling of epididymis etc.

More recently, over the last 1-2 months i'm having erectile problems that i never had before for previous like 10 months. I'm still waiting to go back to my urologist but my GP put me on ciprofloxacin for 4 weeks thinking it may be prostatitis After 1 week, the erectile problems totally cleared up but this only lasted 1 wk and now it's back the way it was. My doc has now put me on klaricid for 2wks which is a stronger anit-biotic to see if that helps. I start this treatment today and hope it helps but not feeling confident.

I was hoping for some advice on what my problem is as i'm clueless. From the research i've done, my symptomps don't see to match anything like prostatitis epididymitis etc. If i had to live with this pain then i'd be willing to but the erectile problems are a complete nitemare as i'm hoping to try for kids in the future. All i think about, especially since the erectile problems started is my nuts!

I've tried to think back to anything that might of have caused the pain and one thing springs to mind and it was that one time during sex with my wife, i someone squashed or banged the testicle and felt a sharp pain at that time. The testcile was sore during sex so we stopped for a few days and the sharp pain during sex went. However, i think since this my problems have started.

Any advice welcome.

Thanks in advance.
