Testosterone Deficiency

I underwent a hydrocelectomy (both sides} in Thailand, at the local government hospital. The surgeon messed up, and I now have 1 and a half testicles, the pain remains, and testosterone levels of 100 or so.
The good bit is that testosterone enanthate (Scheering Plough} is available easily.
I cannot afford expensive testing, nor can I afford to visit England for more than the briefest period.
