Low Testosterone at 26?At the young age of 26 I started feeling sluggish and slept all the time. This was not my lifestyle, but like a hitting a brick wall my energy levels just evaporated. I was always a very, very active person. Sport, lifting weights, and chasing the ladies were everyday things. went from having an over the top energy level, to sleeping and whining about being tired in the gym halfway through a simple workout.
My wife finally convinced me to go to the doctor and have my T levels checked. Su...Read the full article

Re: Low Testosterone at 26?I hear you on this one. Exact same story for me, super active, lots of lifting weights. Now im 25 and hit that same wall. Same sympotoms.. In a desperate last effort to avoid this ive too been eating everything possible, taking zing supplements and every herbal testosterone booster on the market. But like you said, its really doesnt put out whats needed.
If want to stay on test replacement, the worst that will go wrong is you will become infertile and and natural testosterone creation will stop. The longer your on, the more your body programs itself to reply on it, so the smaller the testicles get because they arnt needed. Once you've "shrunk" your natual test production will eventually dissapear and your just shooting blanks. Then you are bound to testosterone replacement for life. However since you say you are able to still have sex, and do some workouts, your are still producing at low levels, so ive heard it adviced to not shut it down yet. There are a number of Estrogen blockers on the market which can help to indirectly and natually drive up testosterone production. (checkout tamoxifin, Clomiphene Citrate, Anastrozole). But ive heard one trouble story on long term use of these. So if you are planning of having any kids, this would give you a window todo this, before committing to test for good. Once any idea of kids are gone. Then theorectially you can just hop on the test for life, and just manage the symptoms along the way. If you doc askes you to go off test for a while again, try substituding one of the estrogen blockers during that time, ive seen it work quite well for some depeding on which 'syndrome' you have. Also, Ive heard an unconfirmed rhumor that does of 'Human Chorionic Gonadotropin' while on test will help prevent testicle shrinkage. Im most likely about to start my first T run here next month, after my fertility tests come back while natural. Have you had your levels tested recently? Have you seen any numerical improvements of your test while running a perfect diet/exercise routine? What type of testosterone were u on?
Re: Low Testosterone at 26?Hey right on. Take a peak at how this guy (http://forum.urologychannel.com/hc-forum/testosterone-deficiency_living-with_f256/my-low-testosterone_t45554.html?p=98511&hilit=testosterone#p98511) used human chorionic gonadotropin to become more fertile.
Ive also heard one other story of a man on test, and HCG who conceived.
