20 year old Low test

Post a new topicby lowtest00 on Fri May 15, 2009 8:36 pm

Im 20 years old and just did some blood work and my test levels are at 320ng/dl. I tried talking to the endocrinolgist but he says he will not put me on hrt and i said good i dont want to be on it but i just want to raise my natural test to normal. he says my blood work came back "normal". I dont think 320ng/dl is normal for 20year old. And he says there is NOTHING that can increase natural testosterone, herbs, supplements, hcg etc... will raiser it while your on it but once you come off you will be back to your low levels. Is there really NOTHING that can raise natural testosterone levels long term? thanks for any help

Reduce stress, eat better, exersise and loose weight if your overweight. Your levels fall in the normal catagory. People are normal at different levels. Cheers, Seth
