chest enhancement

I have enhanced chest which somewhat looks like breast.when i consulted an endocrinologist i.e. doctor for hormones he suggested me to get a testosterone test.the test results showed only 75 units of testosterone however the minimum limit is 262.i am really worried.what should i do?for the enhanced chest he says that an operation is the only solution.is it true?please help me out!!!!

Good morning, what you are referring should be called Gynecomastia. In short, it causes male breast. Typically from an imbalance of Testosterone and Estrogen. Of course other medical causes such as Obesity, etc. See your doctor for a proper determination. Surgery is the only solution unfortunately for men with Gynecomasia. Allot of insurances are covering this form of surgery, and the ones that don't, you and your doctor can add other factors such as, the mental affect of having male breast if you are a man.

Please see an Endocrine doctor and after you two talk and run tests, have him set up that appointment for surgery. You can try with diet and weight loss but that extra fat will continue to be caused by another underlying condition or two. Good luck.
