hello i m 25 years old man.i need some help or suggetion regarding testis.my story is this that when i was 17 i fight with a man he hit me on my right sight testis i feel too much pain on it n it has swallow.i go to the doctor he suggest me the medicine called terivid i use that medicine.the pain was remove with that medicine but after some weeks my testis was like it that there is no testis.now i feel less erection then b4 n my bp is also keeping high it is 170 by 140.i need some help or suggestion that what should i do? is this condition is due to damage of testis?

it might be, a physical exam by a urologist and perhaps an ultrasound of your testicles would be helpful
