Undiagnosed Conditions

When I was about 13, I began maturing and got facial hair as well as pubic hair growing well. I also started to sweat profusely in the pubic area.

After a while, the sweat turned my underthings blue in the scrotal area.

Due my situation, I had no one to ask, so proceeded to do my own laundry and used lots of bleach to remove the blue coloring. After about a year and a half, the coloring sort of went away, and I didn't worry about it any longer.

Now, my grandson is almost 13, and the same thing is happening to him. There is no father in the picture, so of course he came to me.

Is this a normal thing? Does it indicate some sort of disorder or infection?
