Tingling in left side of abdomen

Post a new topicby shackledfluffgirl on Fri Oct 23, 2009 3:23 pm

I've had tingling in the left side of my abdomen for about a week now. The tingling can occur from random movements. It feels like it's either in the skin or the fatty tissue, I don't think it is as deep as muscle tissue. The sensation feels almost like a vibration or a rolling. And sometimes can occur if either someone else or myself touches the surface of my skin. I thought at first it was because I hadn't worked out for a week because I work out regularly. But I'm back into my routine and nothing's changed. It's in the left front abdomen. Pretty much in the middle of my stomach between the rib cage and the belly button. I can't say what triggers it.

I also have a slight compression in the sacral area so I don't think I have sciatica, but I do display some symptoms. Especially in the right leg. I'll get numbness in the right leg, especially when I work out. Sleeping also causes a sensation in the right leg. Could this be related to the tingling in my left abdomen?
