I am a male 66 years old. For the last eight years I had urge incontinency. After I had a UTI last December thing got worse .The urges are completely gone instead a loss of urine in very short squirts’ and very often during the day or night. Having a weak sphincter already. It is very unusual for men to have a urinary tract infection, this usually means there is obstruction form the prostate, this would also explain your urgency
