Urinary Incontinence

Since surgery 15 years ago (I’m now 88)my incontinence is increasing to almost hourly nuisance. My best answer is not to drink anything, because if I drink it I will lose it . . chronic dripper. I have learned to accomodate by wearing absorbent under-unders daytime and night versions in bed. What do others do? P.S. I love ice water, skim milk and other liquids, and drink a bunch.
