Urinary Incontinence

Hi Our girl baby has this urinary incontinence problem since her birth. She is now 5 yrs. At birth, her vagina was open and had to undergo surgery. even before surgery and now also she has this incontinence problem. It keeps leaking without her knowledge round the clock 24 hours a day. We have done cystoscopy and doctors say nothing can be done. It should get well naturally only in few years. No medicne, exersise or treatment given. Any help please.
