I also have incontience that has gradually got worse over the last few years. I had my doctor do several test and I have a severe case of leakage, and he explained all of our options, my husband and I both chose the harder surgery which will consist of a cut in my stomache to remove tissue to be used as a sling, I have no uterus or cervics... It is suppose to outlast the other surgerys about 10 years
and has less chance of infection or so I hopeif anyone has had this proceedure I would love to hear from you.
