botox for urge incontinence

has someone had botox injeced in their bladder for urge incontinence? My doctor told me it may help because detrol and ditropan has not helped me at all. I also tried the interstim trial and it did not helped me too...
What limitations after surgery do you have to take? Is it done under general anesthesia? Is it painful?
Please help me...
