i am 18 yr old girl ..i have been suffering fr urine incontinence from birth ..i underwent an operation when i was 6yrs for valve rectification ...but at time the incontinence was not rectified ....i would like to know what are the methods of curing incontinence by operations ....as i am thinking of being operated again ...this is a persisting problem ..due to this , over the past years i have suffered fr urinary infection too ....that is e-coli ...thank u

There are many possible operations available to resolve complicated congenital incontinence, but exactly which one is appropriate for any one individual requires careful evaluation of all the unique parameters present in each individual.
Seeing an expert in urologic reconstructive surgery will get you the individual diagnosis and guidance you deserve.
They are usually on the faculty of the major medical schools/clinics.
