Can you tell me if you know any web sites or books that will give me more information on a procedure called detrusor myectomy?

the reason i am asking is because i am finding that trying to find info from places and my gp and urologist is like trying to draw teeth.

Textbooks of urologic surgery should have illustrations re the procedure. I do not know of a web site re surgical technique.
