Urinary Incontinence

Hello,

I am a male age 21 and I am perfectly healthy but I have some issues and getting a little scared.

1. Sometimes when I urinate it takes time before it comes out, sometimes it goes swiftly. My beam/jet of urin is now that strong that it used to be. I don't think it is because of my prostate due to my age but I have no clue what could cause it. I don't consider this a big problem but it is always good to be proactive and ask people with knowledge.

2. Sometimes after urinating and I move myself, maybe bending to get a paper, I feel some urin leaking out (couple of drops) and this is something that happens regularly.

3. Since I was young(er) I have when masterbated put pressure to the perineum so I will not ejackulate. I get an orgasm but I no sperm leaves my penis. I have done this for a couple of years now and I have never dared to tell anyone but I told my friend he thought it sounded a bit dangerous. Where does the sperm go if it doesn't get pushed out? I am a bit worried that this could cause some kind of problem in the future. I have no problems of ejackulating when I get an orgasm without any pressure to the perineum. The jet is kind of powerful.
