suprpubic catheter

I have a patient that had an indwelling foley catheter that leaked constantly. He opted for a suprapubic catheter to eliminate the constant leak. This has not been the case. Urine continues to leak from his penis. He has reduced his PO fluid intake in an attemp to decrease the leak. No luck. Is there something that will help him? or does anyone have any suggestions?
