Urinary Tract Infection

Recently I had blood in my urine and a strange clear obects that came out as well, some were round in shape and other had the same round shape with tail-like strains. This is the second time I’ve had a UTI and wondering if I really got over the first time. I also have back pain, tightness just above my scrotum and blurry vision. I’m scared this is something very serious.
