Urinary Tract Infection

Hello im a 28 year old with type 2 diabetes i have a hole in my r. kidney that leaks blood in to my urine . usully under a microscope , entell resently when i wipe the paper has traces of blood i know it comeing from my u i track it also is a short light urine flow when i use the rest room and only burns stings when i am about to stop urinating i also had a kidney infection so bad my W B C (white blood cell count) was 33,000the is this a bad thing
