I have suffered Recurrent UTI’s (this year about 8 already). My Urologist said I should never go on broad spectrum antibiotics like Keflex (cephalexin), but only go on Triprim or macrodantin which will not destroy all the good bacteria. It will take my body a while to restore good bacteria again. Also I think scented toilet paper and washing powders and scented washing liquids trigger one off for me.
