Urinary Tract Infection

Hi ,
My mom has a "strange" problem. If she sits, her buttocs are so hot, that she must sit on a dump towel to be able to sit a while. Sometime, if she is urinateing, the urine is feeling hot. She has an artificial hip which is not really good anymore. I was told, that it might be the cause. However, recently she had a mild brain stroke apparently her heart suddenly slow down and the brain did not get enough exygen.
I wonder: why she feels hot while siting and is there , possibly any conection with her old hip transplant? Or a connection to the stroke? I would be gratefull for any info or an advice if there is a channel on Internet to ask the professionals?
