INFLAMATION OF PROSTATE (ED) PROBLEMsir,
I am suffering from inflamation of prostate (prosituts) which diagonoses by doctor after clincal test which cause the (ED) problem so i am advised MINOCIN by the doctor and i am feeling better during discharge of urine and semen but still i am suffering with (ED) i am unmarried and doctor advised for intercouse which is impossible for me in pakistan untill i got married or there is no sufficient erection for intercouse kindly advise me for better erection for permenent solution not for temprory solution until the heeling of my prostate problem Thanking You winkle,peter
Re: INFLAMATION OF PROSTATE (ED) PROBLEMFirst, I am not so sure Minocin is the best drug to treat prostatitis. I don't want to second guess your doctor, but something like Cipro or even doxycycline is more typically used. Again, your doctor may have specific reasons, but I think you may wish to discuss getting on an alternate antibiotic.
Even so, prostatitis is often not helped by antibiotics, and if you are feeling better, it may or mot not be due to treatment. You may find that once the infection and inflammation is cleared, the ED will go away. If not, then you can discuss this issue with your doctor.
