Hi, im a 27 year old male. I had suffered from testicular cancer back in 2004 but now im cancer free. for the past couple of days, everytime i need to go use the bathroom to urinate, i get a small burning sensation in my penis. As soon as i release, it starts to burn a little. There is no difference in color in my urine or smell. The urine is either clear or a yellow color. No blood or pus or anything. The weird part about it is that the burning feeling goes all the way back to my a** hole (anus). My anal or anus becomes irritate and bothersome. I dont know what this is. I dont have any problems with my bowel movement. Sometimes its regular, sometimes it comes out hard and dry. its either the color brown or somewhat green. It doesnt hurt when i take a S*** or anything. I just dont know whats wrong. I thought i might have hemorhoids and so i started to put some preperation H cream and cleaning my a**hole with the preperation H wipes, but im still having the same problem. Can anyone tell me what this might be? thanks.
