Urinary Tract Infection

Alright im an 18 year old male that does not have sex. Recently while i was taking a piss i noticed my stream was all weirded out, i took a look and at the hole (urethra) tip , looked swollen. The tip is sensitive but doesnt hurt at all. It gets worse after i ejaculate like the tip looks like it has extra lips but goes down after an hour or so. I dont like this and i wanna know whats going on. Never had anything like this before. And preferably dont really wanna see a doctor but if i have to i will but ill refuse for the doc to look at my genetalia.
