pregnancy and uti

Post a new topicby Guest on Mon Nov 04, 2002 11:59 pm

I have battled recurrent uti's for about a year and i have been placed on a suppressive therapy treatment program (PRN-self treat) I have concerns as to whether it is possible for a person with cystitis to have children. Can cystitis be treated during pregnancy and what are the risk involved with suppressive therapy and the development of the fetus. Should i give up my plans for childbirth.
