Urinary Tract Infection

I'm just wondering if anyone has experienced what I'm experiencing now. My doctor hasn't been much help..... I've had recurrent bladder infections since I was 14 (I'm 30 now). I do everything they tell me to do like wipe from back to front, go to the bathroom after sex, drink cranberry juice, no bubble baths.... etc...
but yet I still get them constantly.
Recently I had another infection but this time it was so bad I ended up with low hemoglobin levels and iron defiencieny ANEMIA ... It's been over a month since I got rid of the infection (it took 2 months and three different kinds of antibiotics) and 2 months since I've been getting iron shots and I am still taking iron orally.... yet I'm still feeling lethargic if I don't take my iron for more than 3 days and my joints get sore and tired.... and now when I need to urinate the urgency is so bad that I feel like I have to get to a bathroom or I may pee my pants....
I'm just wondering if this may be something else or if anyone has experienced something similar....
I also have a huge bruise still from a shot I received in the butt over a month ago.... the other two didn't bruise or stay bruised.....

I also wanted to say that I have edema in my ankles.. my socks leave a deep imprint when I take them off and I am extremely exhausted... the infection seems to be gone but I'm not gettign any better and I feel weird pressure when I have to go to the bathroom and almost need to push....
and I can't hold it longer than a minute without my stomach hurting like crazy and down there....
