Urinary Tract Infection

I have been suffering from UTI for about 4 years, i have been to a few specialised doctors and they have suggested that UTI can be brought on by certain sexual positions which seem to irritate the bladder and push the bacteria to a place where it can grow and cause UTI. Has anyone else noticed if certain sexual position can bring on UTI
This seems to me the only possible explanation as i have never suffered from UTI in my early relationships.
