I had testicular torsion and was treated for epidimitis i lost one of my testicle.
It has been over four years now i recently had a child and I dont have any serious sexual problems.

You shouldn't have any more problems but if you lost your testicle to torsion you should have had your other testicle surgically fixed in place so that it will not twist and become torsed, called orchiopexy.
