it is taking over my sleep and my life. At night time i had to literally go to the toilet 10 times because whenever i would go back to bed i would feel the need to pee 5mins later this goes on in a period of around an hour I CANT SLEEP!!!.some nights i will not go pee during the night but thats mean i hold on for hours with a full bladder cos too tired to get up,thats doesnt sleep well believe me!!! i dont think i have a urinary tract infection i have no burning sensations when i pee no pain at all, just the urge to pee.i saw 3 urologists i passed all the tests and tried lots of medications and no one cant help me,they say my uretral is tighter then average but thats all,in the day time its every 60 min,I BEEN THROUGH calendar

my uretral is tighter then average and my bladder doesnt empty completly but why? they dont know!they write on medical report,Interstitial Cystitis
and i tried every medications for this
Oxybutynin chloride (Ditropan XL®,flomax,Celexa and others i dont remeber...

i go pee every 5min for one of those reasons

1)let say a normal men receive the signal to go pee when he got 100ml in his bladder,me i got the signal when i only have 5ml in my bladder

2)my bladder doesnt empty fully when i go pee,maybe 20% evacuate of the total quantity,so she's full faster

one of the other,the result is the same i dont sleep and i dont have energy to fight anymore,i wanna sleep forever please god...

IF someone dont sleep 2 nights that person will be so tired,IMAGINE not sleeping 14 years!!!doctors says without sleep for 6-7 days that person will die,ME I DIDNT SLEEP FOR 14 YEARS NOW,i have no energy,im goin insane,i wanna die, i cannot stand it anymore,its so hard to have enough energy to make a good job at my work!im like dead
I NEED to be hypnotize or something but dont have enough money

Have your doctors advised a catheter or have you asked about them? I know it doesn't sound like the best thing in the world to do, but it may drain the urine more regularly and not cause the "I have to go right this second" feeling. There are drainage bags for the bedside and leg bags for the daytime. Something you could ask your doctor about, and maybe get some sleep. Good luck.
