Erectile Dysfunction & Trouble Achieving OrgasmI didn't know quite where to post this so I'm posting here as well as the ED Forum.
I'm a 25 year old male. I started having sex when I was 18. The first time I had sex, my partner and I went for 90 minutes and I could not come, though at this point in my life my erections were still strong. Since then I've struggled with achieving an orgasm during sex, usually taking between 45 minutes to an hour. Foreplay was never an issue, neither was masturbation. When I was about 22 I got involved with a different girl and my problem achieving orgasm went away. After we broke up, I stayed celibate for about a year. I had a one night stand with a girl, but couldn't get an erection hard enough for sex. We made out for a while and then tried to have sex but it was a very weak erection. It was only while I was fingering her to orgasm that I got rock solid, but it didn't last. Since then, I've gotten involved with another girl and am now experiencing weak erections (though strong enough for intercourse) and trouble achieving orgasm, now struggling even through foreplay, but I still have no troubles cumming while masturbating. My erections are weak even during masturbation now. The strangest thing for me, is that during foreplay, I get hard enough for sex and maintain a semi rigid erection. When my partner gets on top, though, I get almost completely flaccid. The sex feels great in this position, but it's only on this position that I get like this. The rest of the time it's just a weaker erection than I used to experience. I'm sorry if this is confusing, but I really don't know how to explain it. Could anybody shed some insight as to what might be going on? I don't have insurance and I can't afford to go see a urologist so I'm desperate. I've never had a truly great sex life due to these complications, and really want to figure this out.
