FRACTURED PENIS ( URGENT )

Post a new topicby man_for_music on Fri Mar 07, 2008 9:15 am

ok this has been a problem for a while now and i really regret not going to treat it right away. about a year ago me and my girlfriend have been experiementing and suddenly something happened. we went to put our clothes down while we were engaging in sexual activities...and i had an erection. then suddenly when she turned around, her arm/hand accidentally hit my erection REALLY hard and i think it fractured/damaged it. it REALLY hurt. i didnt think it was a big thing at first but now im starting to see serious problems. it seems that my penis itself is really damaged because it does not look or "hang" down the way it shuld be when its flacid, it seems like near the head of the penis, a section of it is out of place so to speak... i can get an erection but i noticed it gets overly sensitive and there is pain. im going to be calling my family physician in the morning concerning this situation but i just want to ask some people on this forum if they can give me some insight. I AM REALLY SCARED, IM ONLY 20 AND I DONT WANT THIS TO EFFECT ME LATER ON IN LIFE. PLEASE HELP ME BY REPLYING TO THIS WTH ANY SORT OF INFORMATION YOU MIGHT HAVE TO SHARE, PLEASE AND THANKS.

I think that you should see a very competent urologist as soon as possible. It may not be a serious injury, but why take the risk of something being screwed up?
About 15 years ago I "fractured" my penis. I didn't go to the urologist for a month. That was long enough to change what would have been a routine surgery with excellent chances of full recovery into an inoperable problem that has resulted in virtual impotence. I have learned that the penis is an amazingly complicated mechanism, and that it can be injured in many different ways with many many different outcomes. It pays to err on the side of caution.

Hey man...I hope this can ease your mind. A buddy of mind had some sort of fracture (didn't really ask all of the details) to his penis. Injury probably occurred 7-8 years ago. But definitely don't wait too long. He went in and had minor surgery and he's good to go now. It was fairly quick (same day procedure). I know because I had to pick him up from the hospital. I believe he had to abstain for about a month. But as I said, he's back to his normal self. Probably feels somewhat better. Because I believe the injury caused it to bend a little bit.

Hope everything works out for you.

hi,
I was wondering if you could get your freind to give you the contact information for the urologist. I have had problems since I fractured my penis. It is probably more severe than your friend's problem, but thought I'd like to check it out myself.

Hi, I suffer from this injury everyday. Pains going on between my back passage and scrotum. Years ago when i fractured my penis i tried to get help and was given pain killers by a local GP to reduce the swelling. My penis turned into a huge thick rubber weeping ball. Been impotent 10 years now, before this i was a BIG guy. Now unable due to the pains, squeeze and cut inside my upper legs. I am in Scotland where the medical help is poor standard. None have any idea what to do to help me. I have been very very patient and wont give up i can be 'repaired' by a specialist in this field. I also had brusing at the time a veins way up my inside legs which almost gone but pains. When i pass water its tight and takes longer. Another big problem is passing stools. Only this year they found and treated my hearmoridods and there was immeidate improvements with everything. Especially the first to times i was banded, now the 3rd time no improvement but gave more pain. They wont band me again they say. Is there anybody out there who can please reply so i can get on with my life without the distractions and pain that are ruining my quilty of life.

kind regards
Frank

Mailman...I will try to ask and see. But I don't believe the dr that he saw was an "expert" or anything along those lines. Just your typical, ordinary urologist.

I have heard of many worse stories than mine, and yours is one of them. I am simply impotent. The injury left my penis incapable of erection sufficient enough for penetration (it remains soft) and also if I masterbate the sensations are very much less than they used to be before my accident.
Apparently, you only have a little while (a day or so) to get yourself to a urologist. If it is a very very good urologist you might still have success after a few weeks. The urologist sutures up the tear with dissolving sutures and usually things return to normal after a month or so.
For those of us that got bad advise, I am afraid that we are S*** out of luck. I have been looking for help now for about 17 years. I occasionally go back to the local urologists to see if they have improved their methods, but their only offering is to insert some kind of rod. I can't imagine that this is better than simply living with the injury.
An "out there" kind of treatment that I have tried is to go to Brazil to see a healer, a man they call "John of God", "the miracle man", or simply Joao. I saw incredible healings there. My friend came with me. He had an inoperable aneurysm deep in his brain. He was healed and the aneurysm is now undetectable by CT scan. Another guy came with us that had severe heart problems. His cardiologist had only given him a month to live. That was years ago, he started getting stronger after about the third day. You can check out more of this at:

Another possible option that I am looking into is stem cell therapy. If you google stem cell clinics you might find one near you. Unfortunately the cost for a bout of treatment is about $30,000 US
