i went to the urologist and told him everything he told me to wait a while and the problem should heal itself ,but its been a year and no sensation has come back to my penis. i went back to the urologist and he told me i should go to a psychiatrist i know this isn't all my my head. should i go to another urologist and get some test done?

pulled down on penis too hard when erect, heard a pop and lost erection immediately.

much numbness at right underside of penis
weaker libido
weird bump on right base of penis after injury

sounds like a fractured penis to me. I would absolutely get a second opinion and give a complete history even the things you think that shouldn't matter.
