I'm a 60 years old gentleman who suffers from an unbearable itching around my genetalia. Every time when I'm showering I'm close to itch myself to bleed. It almost feels like an orgasm but as I'm infertile it can't be the case. My skin around my penis is reddish and so is the skin under my two scrotums.
I'm using an ointment with Xylocain and another one which is very oily. Both of them helps me, but I still wonder what this itching comes from and why I'm suffering from it.
For your information I'm sexually inactive since twenty years back.
I really don't know if to visit an urolog or a dermatoligist.
